• Message content: the text of campaigns you compose and send through the platform.
• Usage data: campaign counts, delivery statistics, API request logs, device and browser information, and IP addresses.
• Payment information: recharge amounts and transaction references. Card and banking details are processed by our payment providers and never stored on our servers.

2. How we use your information

• To deliver your messages through our upstream carrier routes and report delivery status back to you.
• To operate, maintain and improve the platform, including fraud and abuse prevention.
• To communicate with you about your account, balance, campaigns and support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

3. Your contact lists belong to you

Phone numbers and variable data you upload are used solely to send the campaigns you create. We do not sell, rent or share your contact lists with third parties, and we do not use them to send messages on behalf of anyone else.

4. Sharing with service providers

To deliver messages we pass recipient numbers and message content to telecom carriers and messaging gateways. We also use infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, payments) that process limited data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

5. Data retention

Campaign logs and delivery reports are retained while your account is active so you can access your history. Uploaded contact files can be deleted by you at any time from the dashboard. We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax or security purposes.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. API tokens are stored as one-way hashes. Access to production systems is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard measures.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your account information, export or delete your contact lists, and close your account at any time by contacting support. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
